HOW WE WORK
We partner with Access Mintsoft, the industry-leading cloud-based warehouse management system, (WMS) for order management, marketplace and courier integrations. It allows our customers to onboard quickly and effortlessly with over 60 standard marketplace integrations and over 80 the UK and worldwide courier integrations.
We have twinned our own award-winning systems and customer support team with Access Mintsoft. This collaboration gives our clients and the brands we talk to the confidence that together we can deliver great shopping experiences which helps you build and strengthen your brand’s reputation online.
In Brief…
Orders
Mintsoft, will integrate directly with your website to download orders. We would then print personalised despatch notes, pick/pack the items, scan and despatch. Mintsoft will also integrate with about 20 marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Not on the High St, Etsy etc. so you can sell on your website and multiple platforms using the same stock.
Stock
All stock is visible real-time so you can replenish according to demand. For new deliveries, the client places an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) on Mintsoft – when the goods arrive they are checked against this and put away. This confirmed via email automatically. Any discrepancies would be reported on with an agreed SLA. Wherever possible, we would use barcodes but can work without them.
Delivery
All tracking numbers are uploaded to Mintsoft to help customer service. Mintsoft has completed integrations with all major couriers to take into account the new Brexit rules. All Customs Declarations are automated, requiring us, or you to do any extra work.

Stock levels are automatically synced across all your channels so you never need to worry about overselling an item again! Your stock levels are pushed through to all of your connected channels at regular intervals – saving you valuable time & ultimately improved customer feedback.
Manipulated Stock Levels
If you choose, we can send fixed low or high stock levels to all of your channels. You might want to do this if, say for example you manufacture goods or have a ready source of stock available from a nearby supplier. You can appear to always have a certain amount of stock available (even though you may be out of stock in your actual warehouse facility / factory).
